Craftsmanship & Origins

Most of our premium wooden chess sets are handcrafted in Poland and India.
Whether a set is made in Poland or India, every piece is finished, weighted, and inspected by hand before leaving the workshop.

Sustainable Materials

We work only with responsibly sourced wood — walnut, beech, sycamore, mahogany, maple, and other certified hardwoods — supplied by FSC-compliant mills in Europe and India. Weights are stainless steel (never lead), glues are formaldehyde-free, and finishes are low-VOC.

Hand-Finished in Small Batches

Unlike mass-produced alternatives, our products are assembled and finished one by one: knights are individually carved; boards are sanded, lacquered, and polished in multiple coats; felts are cut to size and applied by hand.

Tournament-Ready

All our tournament lines meet FIDE size and weight regulations, making them suitable for both casual play and official events.

Customisation

Need a logo, name, or special design? We offer laser engraving, screen printing, and custom packaging on request — perfect for collectors, corporate gifts, or event prizes.

Ecology & Sustainability

We are committed to quality and the planet: responsibly harvested wood from managed forests, zero use of toxic lead in piece weights, and local workshops that pay fair wages and recycle off-cuts.
